Remote Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Remote Accountant to join our team at MR DIY Group. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and reporting for our organization. This position is fulltime and will be based out of Johor Bahru, Johor, MY.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries - Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field - CPA or ACCA certification preferred - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong planning and organizational skills
