Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function within the company.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounts payable issues - Provide support for audits and regulatory compliance - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
