Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Payable. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and perform weekly check runs - Assist with month-end close procedures - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
