Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable professional, working from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth processing of payments - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in accounts payable is preferred but not required
