Job Description:

Perodua, a leading automotive company located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for finance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Ensure timely collection of payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - CPA certification is a plus
