What we are looking for
• Candidates who understand and are experienced in the full spectrum of accounting
• Skillful in using Excel spreadsheet
• Be independent and yet work as a team in managing corporate accounts
• Be familiar with Google Suite of tools
• Be familiar with IRAS tax regulations and GST regulations.
• Be conversant in ACRA filing and compliance matters
• Recognise adverse accounting issues and help to resolve problems for clients
• Be meticulous in handling clients' accounting
• Have your own workspace, including wifi and notebook or desktop
• Have a good understanding of ERP systems Some of your Job Responsibilities

• Set up accounting records for businesses on cloud accounting system
• Update accounting transactions in cloud accounting system
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts and generate management reports
• Prepare unaudited annual financial statements
• Prepare XBRL report where necessary
• Prepare annual income tax and quarterly GST returns
• Answer tax queries from IRAS
• Process monthly payroll
