Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate at Perodua in George Town, Penang, MY. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Review and process online invoices and payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate accounting records - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist in month-end closing activities - Generate financial reports as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
