Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, MY, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate. This is a full-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile online accounts payable transactions - Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask - Experience working with accounting software and online payment platforms - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills
