Online Accounts Receivable

As an Online Accounts Receivable at Telekom Malaysia Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for managing all online accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments from customers. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments and reconcile accounts - Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers for payment - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any payment issues - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Provide excellent customer service to address any billing inquiries

Requirements: - Energetic and independent, with a strong work ethic - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
