Senior Accounts Admin Executive PJ

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting matters (full set of accounts).

• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements.

• Manage all tax related matters including corporate taxation SST and withholding tax to ensure timely submission and compliance to local tax regulations.

• To monitor the company cash flow and forecast.

• Liaise with external parties such as external auditor/ tax consultants/company secretary to ensure compliance to local laws and regulations.

• To verify claim submissions and ensure all claims/payments submission is as per Companys policies & procedures and supporting documents are compiled accordingly.

• Prepare invoices to the client

• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable

• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

• Handling other admin matters documentation purchases

Requirements

• At least 13 years working experience in any field.

• Must possess at least a Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Finance Accountancy or equivalent
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations

• Preferred experience with SQL accounting software

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

• Good organizational and timemanagement abilities

Remuneration

RM 2500 to RM 4000
