Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibility
  • Act as the primary contact for customer account management, handling all inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively engage with clients on a monthly basis to nurture and expand existing accounts.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to maximize their long-term value.
  • Identify opportunities and promptly address customer issues with precision.
  • Guarantee prompt and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor account metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Share your comprehensive weekly sales report to facilitate effective communication and improve performance analysis.
Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in telesales, telemarketing, account management, key account management, or business development roles.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication, showcasing a natural flair for effective interaction.
  • Essential skillset includes solution-based selling, persuasive communication, adept negotiation, deep customer understanding, market research acumen, strong leadership capabilities, effective time management, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Extensive experience utilizing RM Software, G-Suite, and Microsoft Suite, ensuring seamless workflow management.
  • Possession of a degree or diploma in Business-related studies, underpinning a solid foundation in the field.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment, showcasing remarkable adaptability.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a must.
