Role Overview :

1. Minimum 3 to 4 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position (preferably with Property Development / Construction industry)
2. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or a professional qualification.
3. Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel. etc)
4. Strong sense of accounting principles.
5. Experience and knowledge in HDA Act is beneficial.
6. Knowledge in property development accounts / Withdrawal of HDA acc / understanding of stage billing will be an added advantage.
7. Position of Accounts Executive shall be offered to candidates with lesser experiences.

Job Requirements:

1. To update accounts transactions accordingly.
2. Perform day to day accounting operations.
3. Update and monitor current bank accounts, HDA accounts and daily cash positions.
4. Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations, including inter companies transactions.
5. To assist in audit matters. eg: preparing and providing documents to auditors, to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
6. Update of all creditors’ bills accurately.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers,
7. company secretary, stakeholder & etc.
