Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable / collection function.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to ensure timely collection.
Review and analyse credit applications and make credit decisions based on established criteria.
Establish and maintain credit limits for customers.
Work closely with the sales team to resolve billing and payment issues.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activities for management review.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Supervise and mentor junior staff in the accounts receivable / credit control function.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and credit control, preferably in a senior role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit risk assessment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working in Alcohol Industry
