Senior Finance Executive

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The Senior Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Handle the full spectrum of accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll processing, and company taxes.
• Assist in project management/project accounting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Assist/liaison in the preparation for audit, taxes and secretary matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in financial management.
