Senior Finance Executive

• Manage and undertake the bookkeeping and periodic accounting activities (mainly on AR and GL) of the Companies; ensuring timely reporting and proactive in addressing the financial requirements.
• Assist in compilation, tracking and analysis of projects for management reporting. Plan and monitor entity billing forecast.
• Support the taxation matters – coordinate and liaising with tax agents on tax related matters as well as participating as key members in the tax preparation process of the Companies;
• Assist and liaise with external auditors on the yearly audit preparation.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/ or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc.).
• At least three to five (3-5) years of working experience undertaking a similar role. Candidates with commercial contracts reading background is an added advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software and proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and word processing and SQL).
• Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
• Strong interpersonal, team player and communication skills.
