A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Test Lead System AnalystTCOE to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur Company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or in any related field.
  
• At least 4 years of working experience in the software industry.
  
• Certified Tester Foundation Level.
  
• Lead and manage a team of testers providing guidance coaching and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate and execute various types of testing including functional integration regression performance and security testing.
  
• Monitor and track testing progress ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting of test results.
  
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning to address potential issues during testing.
  
• Continuously improve testing processes methodologies and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases scenarios and scripts across various testing levels.
  
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies tools and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
