The Job Holder is responsible for Yamaha Teachers and Courses management of Yamaha Pop Music Courses and Music Friends Course.
- Imparting specific courses knowledge such as curriculum, contents, materials, and teaching techniques to teachers.
- Involved in Yamaha Music School Enrolment Campaign, road shows by planning and conducting orientation, educational talk and demonstrate trial lessons when needed.
- Observe classes, monitor the teacher's teaching skills and submit report.
- Plan, source, recruit, and propose activities for teachers' recruitment.
- Liaise with local universities offering music courses to conduct career talk at the institutions.
- Support and participates in Company's events and activities such as Concerts, promotional sales, road shows, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENT Qualification:
Professional Certificate in Music, YGE Grade 6 or ABRSM Grade 8 of any instruments - .Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay. Other languages would be an advantage
- .At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience, music teaching experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- .Instrumental knowledge (eg. Guitar or Drums or Piano) is required
- .Proficient in working with all the programs in Microsoft Office
- .Possess a passion for music and a commitment to professional learning and growth
