Job Description:
Job Responsibility (Account)
•Handle bookkeeping and general accounting tasks;
•Reconcile daily and monthly bank statements;
•Perform day-to-day accounting functions and month-end account closing;
•To handle accounts receivables and account payables;
•Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing;
•Liaise with tax agent for financial year and external audit queries for year ended audit report Job Responsibility (Admin)
•General office administration works;
•Handling HR issues (employment, employee leave records, yearly EA/E Form submission and others);
•Prepare monthly payroll payment and pay slip;
•Prepare yearly application of Lawyer licenses renewal, fees and insurance;
•Handle requirement of office stationeries, supplies & sundries, office maintenance and others;
•Carry out other duties as assigned by the Superior/Directors of the Company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Fresh graduate/ Minimum qualification of diploma in Accounting;
• Can perform basic accounts and book keeping;
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision;
• Self-motivated;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel will be an advantage;
• Have experience in handling Legal Firm's accounts will be an advantage. Expected Start Date: 22/04/2024
