Job Responsibility Account - Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information ot accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.
- Pay debts as they come due for payment, including necessary bils as well as supplier and vendor invoices.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
- Draw up monthly financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet) and present to the Board of Directors.
- Process company payroll.
- Ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner.
- Maintain internal control system.
- Calculate, prepare and pay (upon approval) al monthly tax payments. Assist with budget preparation.
- Assist with audits
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial record.
Human Resources - Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, payroll administration, industrial relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matters.
- Timely processing of payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and ElS).
- Staff on-board and off-board procedure i.e. personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card and etc.
- Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal and etc.
- Maintain Human Resources information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Responsible ni administrative matters.
Admin - Received and reviews incoming correspondence; prepare correspondence, letters and memos from hard copy using form letter, and/or drafting content as requested.
- Receives telephone callers and visitors, using good judgment when referring individuals to other supervisors' staff or to other offices.
- Maintain and upkeep office cleanliness.
Job Requirements - Have proven experience in HR and Account.
- Able to communicate and understandaa Mandarin
- Preferable min 2 years candidate to apply
