Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
Utilize your expertise in SQL accounting systems to record, track, and reconcile client payments and invoices.
Monitor client accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain clear and professional communication.
Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring data integrity.
Provide support in general administrative tasks, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Assist with record-keeping and documentation for financial and administrative purposes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoicing and payment tracking.
Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records.
Manage resellers order, from invoicing to following up with fulfilment team and arranging delivery.
Assist with any ad hoc issues or escalation that arise
