Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin Assistant

Job Description:

  • Dealing with email inquiries
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide support for company events and activities.
  • Handle tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of office and retail space is well-maintained, clean and organised.
  • To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the management/ superior from time to time. 
  • Implement efficient filing and document retrieval systems.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Data entry (issuing Sales Order, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice, Purchase Request, Packing list, Tax invoice, SIRIM requirement).
  • To assist in any ad-hoc duties when required by management.
  • Assist in handling stock.
  • Support weekly stock check and yearly stock takes.

Qualifications:

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is advantageous.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SQL software.
  • Positive, self-motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently and as a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Jadual kerja

Kerja ini mempunyai jadual kerja berikut:

  • 5 days / week
  • 9am - 6pm
  • Monday - Friday
