Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking.
• Additional experience in Human Resource Management,  Admin or Secretarial support or equivalent will be advantageous
• Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Words
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Imbi.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available
   
• Other Information:
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Work full day on alternate Saturdays
  • Good command of written and spoken English

• Invoicing
• Stock control
• Accounts payable
• Bank reconciliation
• General journal
• Monthly closing
• Cashiering at sales floor
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
