Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin cum Purchasing Assistant

Job Responsibility
  • Provide administrative and support services to office staffs.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order, Invoice & Dos in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the shipments are ontime and check on daily basic to ensure there is not overdue
  • Assist all forwarder charges, insurance, claims, shipping and K1 Form
  • Assist every months stock take.
  • Assist insurance claims
Job Requirements
  • Condidate must possess at least a diploma level
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least One year of working experience in similar field
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Ehsan,Kepong KL area.
