Position: Admin Executive
Location: Jasinpack Sdn Bhd (Ayer Keroh)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning Administration
Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and
minimum delay
3. Schedule shift according to production needs
4. Dealing with Sales team for new job arrangement
5. Prepare complete documentation for existing/ amend/ new job to production
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree holder in Business.
At least one year working experience is preferred.
Able to work independently and with responsibility.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese and good
interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.00am-5.45pm
