Job Title: Admin Executive, Agency Administration
Role Summary: Support on Agency Administration for all Business Units/Branches
Job Descriptions: - Processing of new agency applications and registration of agency including termination, updating of details/information of agent, and uploading of agent's CPD hours in the Online Application and Registration System.
- Updating agent's details/information such as email address, mailing address, and business registration number.
- Processing of Financial Advisor application.
- Opening and maintaining agency files, filing and maintaining original Agency Agreement, Guarantee Bond, and Letter of Indemnity/Guarantee.
- Administration of various online applications (OARS, AS400 System, One System, FLAS, CTOS, and other IT Applications)
- Temporary opening and blocking agents' accounts in the AS400 System.
- Processing of Agency Benefits (Laptop/iPad/Printer, Internet Subsidy, Printing Fee, Wakil Insurans Signboard, Business Card, etc) requisitions from all Business Units/Branches.
- Any other tasks that your Immediate Superior may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Administration/Business Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Insurance Industry
- Basic knowledge of Standard Operation/Administration procedures and protocols of the Insurance business.
- Good command of IT systems and applications.
