Responsibilities:
• To perform general administrative duties including scanning, filing and preparation of documents and simple inventory management.
• Monitoring incoming letters & document, handling of incoming phone calls.
• Coordination and arrangement for repair and maintenance of office / office equipment.
• Responsible for staff welfare such as arrangement of daily lunch & etc.
• Assist in flight booking, accommodation and ground arrangement for Director(s)
• Set up and coordination of meetings including lunches and special event when required.
• Able to liaise with company secretary, external auditor and tax agent and other related parties.
• Ability to take on additional duties from time to time as and when the need arises.
• Able to handle simple accounting is an advantage.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Preferably with 3 Years of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
