Job Roles:

1. Work in a team to supervise tenants' accounts, ensure various payment collection on-time

2. Perform any administerial work with relevant stakeholders in systematic and organised manner

3. Perform any ad-hoc works assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Applicant with good personality only, preferably applicants in the age group of 23- 34 years old

2. Must speak fluent in Mandarin and excellent literacy in English, required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients,

3. Preferably degree graduate, or diploma graduate with job experience

4. Possess own transport to workplace

5. Willing to accompany director for oversea work trip occasionally, such as Singapore, China, Taiwan etc.

6. Average weekly working day is 5 days
