Administration Officer

We are based in Bandar Baru Bangi and currently looking for Administration Officer for our current assignment at Sungei Way, Petaling Jaya Job Requirements: -

• Age 25-45
• Female
• Able to converse, read and write in English Language
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Computer literate (Microsoft office)
• Trustworthy, hardworking and very initiative towards her tasks.
• Own vehicle (motorcycle/car).
• 26 days of work / month (1 day off per week)
• 12 hours of work / day
• Work hours 7am to 7pm
• Salary 2600-2800 per month
• Increment upon performance / confirmation

Main duties but not limited to:

1. Process, register and maintain data on approved Visitors/Contractors via system
2. On-site personnel record – staff, contractors and visitors
3. Control and monitor Access Card System - Prepare and manage staff and contractor access control card and access points control
4. Contractor’s safety training and assessment record
5. Report preparations
6. Other related security administrative works as per required by customer onsite
