Administrative Account Executive

• Handling financial documentation, compiling reports, carrying out data processing, and arranging meetings.
• In charge of client-specific accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll assignments.
• Tasks include data input, report generation, printing, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Perform extra tasks as instructed by the manager or the organization.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in accounting are preferred. We warmly welcome applications from recent graduates.
• We invite applications from entry-level candidates too, as comprehensive training will be conducted.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven expertise in handling petty cash, reconciling accounts, and managing financial transactions.
• A strong emphasis on accuracy and detail-oriented practices in accounting.
• Skilled in computer applications, demonstrating proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and various accounting/data entry software.
• Adeptness in using various accounting software and tools for financial reporting.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others.
• Maintains a professional demeanor, is self-motivated, thrives in high-pressure situations, proactive, and capable of independent work.
• Excellent at organizing, persistent, a good listener, considerate, precise, and adopts a logical method in tasks.
• Candidates fluent in both Mandarin and English will be preferred.
