Administrative and Accounting Assistant

• Involved in general admin functions and provide administrative support to any personnel or areas deemed suited by the Management
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Data entry and maintenance the filling system and documents.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office and equipment.
• Monitor and ensure adequate supply of stationeries and refreshment.
• Handles daily accounting matters such as purchase order, tax invoices, claim etc.
• Maintains and updates in a timely and accurate manner the books of accounts and record accounting record assigned.
• Assist in Procurement.
• Supporting and assisting the Project Manager in the day-to-day duties of office management. Duties will be vary.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM / Diploma or above in any field related.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Email).
• Thorough working knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and contemporary general office practice and procedure
• Effective work organization skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
• High organized, systematic and process orientated personality
• Excellent in time management, problem solving, multitasking skills and able to work under pressure
