Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administrative Assistant

Position: Administrative Assistant

Working Duration: 13 months with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on business needs)

Working days: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project management and documentation
  • Tracking and managing product inventory levels
  • Tracking & reporting of sales, rewards
  • KPIs (will have MMI design & develop KPI scorecard & initial management
  • Customer service on orders
  • Effectively managing Rewards customer service issues & interacting with Rewards Vendor on fulfillment, etc
  • Sales Support Assistant DO-Malaysia
  • Daily / Monthly Shipment report / tracker
  • Weekly Customer Report
  • DO SLS Operation support team
  • Claim Processing

Personality: -

    • Team Player
    • Able to work minimal supervision
    • Responsible
    • Keen Leaner

Skills

  • Must have MS office especially Excel & Word
  • Attention to Detail
  • Close follow up on issues
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Operate with Discipline
  • Able to perform macro or vba
  • Creative thinking skills
