- Perform daily administrative work to ensure efficient operation of work.

- Prepare and process delivery invoices.

- Organize, index and file documents and records.

- To collect, open and sort letters and invoices.

- All office administration works to perform data entry, photocopy, administration function 

and clerical support duties as required.

- Require Skills: Accounting knowledge- bookkeeping, general accounting.

- Assisting with other ad hoc task assigned by the company.

- Handing incoming calls.

- Willing to learn and able to work independently able to work with minimum supervision

- Skills- Ms Office, word excel.

- Preferable with own transport
