Job Description:

. Help to develop, implement, and administrate compensation programs for Shopee Brazil.

. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

. Work closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.

. Oversee participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.

. Help to manage performance and salary review processes for Brazil.

. Assist with the performance cycle with the Regional Team.

. Maintain Job Descriptions and ranks analysis up to date.

. Develop talent management processes for Brazil.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas

IT and System requirements Advanced Microsoft Office

Language Advanced English

Experience +2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
