This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant at Hearcare Specialist. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks at the clinic, including patient scheduling, administrative duties, equipment maintenance, assisting the audiologists during assessments and procedures, and providing support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
