Job responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head of Department/ Unit for the overall initiatives pertaining to Digitizing and Innovation in the division.
• Contributes to overall profitability of Affin Bank by finding and executing innovative method in uplifting overall business for Enterprise Banking.
• Manages the Enterprise Banking digital platform from content, layout, look & feel and user experience perspective
• Design, develop and maintain mobile application to enable greater capabilities on the digital platforms.
• Assist to execute, implementation of projects in relation to the unit’s responsibility and other ad hoc assignment.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Multimedia, IT, or related field focusing on Mobile App Development
• Proven work experience as a Mobile App Developer with a demonstrable portfolio of released applications
• Proficiency in React Native and Java; ASP.net & MySQL experience preferred
• Familiarity with third-party libraries, APIs, and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to interpret and follow technical plans, troubleshoot, and debug for optimization
• Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to work in a team, and self-motivated
• Support the entire application lifecycle from concept to release and support
• Gather requirements, suggest solutions, write clean code, and conduct unit/UI tests
• Design interfaces for improved user experience and collaborate with Product Development team
• Ensure quality standards of both new and legacy applications
• Stay updated with coding mobile apps, research, and suggest new products and protocols.
