Assistant Marketing Manager

• Executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
• Managing social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for effective marketing initiatives.
• Planning and executing all marketing launch events, activities, roadshows, and other promotional events.
• Developing promotional materials in both digital and traditional formats to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Staying updated on industry trends for innovative marketing approaches.
• Conducting market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve marketing goals.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, on Marketing /Business Studies/Administration/ Communication or equivalent.
• Candidate experience in property developer / real estate industry.
• Excellent command of both oral and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting dateline.
• Committed with result driven personality.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be independent and dynamic.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
