Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Office Admin

Job Responsibility Job Description Purchasing cum Administration
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • To prepare sales quotation and invoice.
  • To check sales report from Sales Designer and update Management.
  • Greet walk-in customers, record contact information to be given to Sales Designer.
  • To update and monitor payment collection from customer.
  • To communicate with installation crew and customer on cabinet installation schedule.
  • To raise Purchase order and communicate with vendors or supplier.
  • To manage any task assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements Who we are We are specialized in designing custom made cabinets, such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, bed frame, study table, display cabinets and etc. Our customer base ranging from residential to industrial. Where The company is located at Puchong Utama Working Days/ Hours Monday to Friday : 9am-6pm Saturday: 9am- 1pm GOOD TO HAVE
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Ability to work independently or in group.
  • Good stress management and time management skill.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have at least 1-2 yearsâ experience in administrative work.
  • Computer literate in a Windows environment (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point) proficiency is required.
  • Effective interpersonal skills are required to interact with various levels of internal and external customers.
  • Experience in a Interior Design industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a multitude of concurrent tasks.
  • Must possess good organizational ability.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Good math aptitude and strong analytical skills are required.
  • Must be discreet with confidential information of which he/she has
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong Gateway, Seri Kembangan.
