Assistant Training Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years' experience in the BPO industry
• 2 years' experience in the training supervisory role
• Familiarity with global payment systems, regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND PROFICIENCIES LEVELS

• Min. 2 years' experience in the training supervisory role
• Min. 5 years' experience in the BPO industry.
• Is a team player
• Flexibility and adaptable to a high stress, high demand and fast paced multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Asist in aligning training initiatives with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
• Involve to the development of training strategies that address emerging trends, client requests, and skill gaps with
  within the workforce.
• Ensure the training efforts contribute to the organization’s long-term and short-term success and competitiveness.
• Collaborating with Quality and Assurance teams and Operations team to ensure that training programs align with quality and Operation standards and client expectation, and agents consistently meet performance metrics.
