Lead the Delivery of Projects

• Lead project delivery needs to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables are met.
• Problem solve to generate solutions and ensure project delivery requirements are met.
• Lead and facilitate strategic discussions with clients.
• Manage and analyze data and information relevant to project objectives.
• Oversee research required on relevant topics required for both internal and external projects.
• Lead the preparation of training and consultancy workshops.

Achieve Client Satisfaction

• Pre-empt, communicate and resolve any project needs or challenges to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
• Collaborate with the company's business development team to ensure that project delivery meets client expectation and satisfaction.
• Build, maintain and nurture relationships with clients throughout the project delivery process with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.

Manage and Improve Internal Systems/Process

• Oversee administrative and process management needs for both internal and external projects.
• Develop and manage internal systems and frameworks to organize documentation and improve duplicability.
• Improve and standardize project delivery processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 2-year experience corporate roles, however fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
• Leadership of or significant participation in team-based projects is a must
• Consulting experience is an added advantage
