Penerangan Pekerjaan - Associate - in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Real Estate / Banking & Finance / Debt C

Job Description:

1. Associate in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
- Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
- has a critical thinking mindset, is highly motivated and committed to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- excels as a team player but is also able to work independently when required
- is a good communicator, has good interpersonal and organisation skills
- wants to work in a collegiate and supportive environment
- wants to be part of a Firm that works hard, plays hard and with a heart for the community 2. Associate in Corporate Real Estate
- Structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising various clients on a broad range of real estate transactions including without limitation, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures in respect of property development, listings of real estate investment trusts on Bursa Malaysia, and conducting property legal due diligence exercises.
- Dealing and liaising with the relevant land authorities and local councils pertaining to the issues and matters arising from the real estate transactions. 3. Associate in Financial Services
- Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Banking & Finance, Debt Capital Markets/Sukuk, Equity Capital Markets and Islamic Finance
- Preferably in cross-border finance, infrastructure project finance, real estate project finance, and financial regulatory advice
- Candidates must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, have good interpersonal skills, and above all, have a high desire to learn. 4. Secretary
- To provide secretarial/office administrative support in the day-to-day running of a department.
- To organise and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements.
- To maintain proper records/filing of correspondences and documents which include but not limited to mails, fax distribution, draft documents & agreements and etc.
- To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required. 5. Tea Lady
-Ensure high standard hygiene, cleanliness and upkeep of all pantries, public areas and meeting rooms.
-Maintain pantries areas and office fridge to ensure clean and hygiene condition
-To wash and clean all cutleries
-To serve beverages and foods to Partners & clients when required
-Any duties assigned by the Manager from time-to-time 6. Pupil

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Associate in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
- M&A with minimum 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in the respective fields.
- Candidates must be able to work independently with high motivation
- Candidates must be dedicated and good personality
- Candidate must have a positive, responsible, committed, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, work well in a team environment and complete assignments in a timely manner. 2. Associate in Corporate Real Estate
- With 1 - 4 years of post-qualification experience in real estate matters.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must be committed, dedicated and responsible.
- Has good personality and interpersonal skills and is willing to learn. 3. Associate in Financial Services
- Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Banking & Finance, Debt Capital Markets/Sukuk, Equity Capital Markets and Islamic Finance
- Preferably in cross-border finance, infrastructure project finance, real estate project finance, and financial regulatory advice
- Candidates must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, have good interpersonal skills, and above all, have a high desire to learn. 4. Secretary
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial, Bachelor
- Degree in Language and Linguistic or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Full-Time position(s) available. 5. Tea Lady
-Candidate must possess at least Primary/PMR/SPM or equivalent
-Positive working attitude with pleasant & excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Fit and healthy to work
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment
-Hardworking and possess “willing to learn” attitude
-Must be good personal in terms of punctuality, disciplinary, hygiene, cleanliness, honest & good attendance records
-Neat looking and pleasant personality
-Preferably can speak English and Mandarin or local dialects
-Possess relevant experience would be an added advantage 6. Pupil in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Real Estate / Banking & Finance
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with the completion of CLP/BPTC examination.
- 1 Full-time position(s) available in the each of the above department
