Bidding Operations Executive

Job Summary
A key role to in-charge of counter daily operation, monitor and manage the payment from dealer for transacted units.
Increase customer satisfaction by serve walk-in customer and entertain dealer's enquiries through phone call, WhatsApp and face to face. Job Responsibilities

• To serve walk-in customer, to deal with dealer inquiries
• To monitor payment from dealer, send reminder to dealer for outstanding payment.
• To solve simple issue raised by dealer and provide solutions.
• To assist superior on arranging corporate clients meeting appointment and administrative task.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1-3 years' experience in field of sales or any related fields.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-starter, able to work with minimum direction and supervision.
