Minimum of 3-4 years experience in property Management is advantage
Able to prepare monthly reports, defect reports related checklist and presentations
Able to prepare minutes and reports for meeting
To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.
To prepare, coordinate and compile all required documents and report for Council Meeting, AGM and EGM.
To implement debt recovery action deem fit against any defaulters.
Responsible for the day to day of the coordinate with operation team.
Good communication and interpersonal skill , Letter/ Memo Writing, Presentations & etc
Able to work with tight deadlines
Proficiency in computer applications
Possess strong leadership, self-driven, and ability to work well in a team
To monitor the billings and collections of the maintenance charges and sinking fund.
