Building Supervisor

• To lead the Management Office consisting admin and technical team of 2-4 staff
• Able to competently communicate and write in English (primary) and BM
• Familiar with Strata Management Act
• Campable to resolve issued faced in daily operation
• Passionate in daily job and willingness to improve on management skill and technical knowledge

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess related Diploma/ Degree academically
• Working experience in building management industry: at least 2 years as Building/ Admin Executive prior
• Must be able to communicate in English efficiently.
• Job Commencement: June 2024
