Business Intelligence and Administration Executive

• Support sales team in processing contract and agreement with hospitals/clinics.
• Work closely with sales managers to ensure all contracts are in line with the company’s guidance/business need.
• Running data analysis to assess on contract effectiveness/efficiency.
• Support marketing team to disseminate relevant Promotional material to the sales team.
• Support sales team for logistic planning on all internal meeting/workshop.
• To review all travel and expenses from the sales team.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Degree/Diploma qualifications in business admin.
• Experience in providing sales support to the sales team is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Analytical, meticulous at work accuracy and paying attention to the details all the time.
• Positive and can-do attitude.
• Proactive in communication and team player.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
