What you'll do:
Review system reminders/tickets for accounting report are generated for all accounting clients every month by cross checking with accounting billing Verify accounting billing for global clients and ensure frequency of accounting report sent to client is updated accurately into the system
Highlight any discrepancies to tech team and follow up until the issue resolved
Work closely with accounting team for accounting report reminder/ticket, and on any new developments in the system
Update on Sales Managing Data To Perform payroll invoice checking
Escalate any issues to Admin Manager for assistance
Who You are:
Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related fields 1 year working experience, Accounting graduates encouraged to apply
Attention to detail and tech savvy, able to work with large volume on data
Good spoken & written English
Able to work independently and in a team
