Job Description:
- To assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters particularly in relation to the sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations for subsales and projects, perfection of title, discharge of charge & reassignment
- To monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
- To liaise with related parties such as developers, bank officers and government departments
- To handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties
- To keep files and paperwork organised
Qualifications and Requirements:
- With minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
- Hardworking and able to work with the team
- Willing to learn and grow
- To be self-motivated and independent.
- Possess own transport
