Job Description:
- To handle matters related to sub-sales, loan, Discharge of Charge, Deed of Receipt & Reassignment and other conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision
- To liaise with clients, bank officers, developers and various governmental bodies
- Handling phone calls, receive incoming mails, preparing documents, other administrative works.
- Any conveyancing experience shall be an additional credit to your expected salary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
For Conveyancing Lawyer
- At least 3-5 years of conveyancing experience - Proactive, hardworking and a team player. - Literate in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Experience in dealings with Land Office, LHDN and other conveyancing related authorities. - Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both written & spoken). - Good written and spoken English, ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage. - Preference to applicant who is able to commence work immediately For Conveyacning Clerk
- Min 2 - 3 years experience in related matters. - Computer literate & Fluent in Bahasa & English -Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision. -Honest, good discipline and able to work independently.
