1. Able to draft Sub-Sale, Sale & Purchase Agreement, independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP/Legal Possession.
2. Familiar with banking documentations.
3. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Register of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.
4. Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale & Purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
5. Draft correspondence, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties.
6. Address residential and commercial projects legal issue.
7. Handle and attend to signings of Sale & Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentations.
8. Do thorough legal research.

Qualifications and Requirements:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1. Degree holder of LLB;
2. Dedicated and responsible towards his/her job;
3. Fluent in written and spoken Malay & English languages;
4. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision;
5. Able to meet deadlines;
6. Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude;
7. Possesses own transport;
8. Ability to speak mandarin will be an asset;
9. At least with 1 year and above portfolio in conveyancing. GENERAL CLERK CUM RECEPTIONIST

- Administrative related and general clerical work.
