Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Coordinator

Job Responsibility
  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services, products, or appointments.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments for hearing tests, fittings, follow-up visits, and consultations, ensuring efficient and seamless scheduling for patients.
  • Patient Support: Provide personalized support to patients, including assisting with registration processes, explaining clinic procedures, and addressing any questions about their hearing health journey.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with patients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients about hearing aids, accessories, and maintenance tips, empowering them to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as processing payments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory, always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and familiarity with basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak different Mandarin will be considered first.
