Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services, products, or appointments.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments for hearing tests, fittings, follow-up visits, and consultations, ensuring efficient and seamless scheduling for patients.
Patient Support: Provide personalized support to patients, including assisting with registration processes, explaining clinic procedures, and addressing any questions about their hearing health journey.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with patients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups.
Patient Education: Educate patients about hearing aids, accessories, and maintenance tips, empowering them to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as processing payments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory, always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaboration: Work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and familiarity with basic office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak different Mandarin will be considered first.
