Customer Service Cum Telesales Executive

* Actively listen to and understand customer needs to deliver appropriate services and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in- person interactions, phone calls, and emails. * Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with existing and potential customers, gather feedback, and promote new products, services, and special offers.

• Respond to incoming emails and phone inquiries as needed.
• Collect market and customer information to better understand industry

trends.

• Diligently track all sales activities.
• Generate innovative sales strategies and discuss potential implementations

with management. * Prepare and submit sales reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required by management. Job Requirement: * Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required.
